OVERVIEW

Paradosi is a fictitious company that makes high-end extra virgin olive oils. The products are backed by Greek tradition and met with modern, luxury packaging.

CHALLENGE

The goal was to develop packaging for three olive oil varieties that honour Greek tradition while standing out against modern competitors in the industry. It was important to consider how the packaging could reflect a high price range, as well as how it would affect the product’s quality and storage options.

SOLUTION

A sleek, matte black package design was paired with gold to convey the luxury of the high-end product, which also ensures that sunlight will not affect the product no matter where it’s stored. Detailed, hand-drawn illustrations that reflect the flavours were used to give a traditional appeal, along with classic, timeless typography.
